Helping executives work better and smarter
Launched in 2007, the Executive Leadership Forum explains our global strategies and challenges to newly appointed executives. It also covers what we expect from them. And, at the same time, it creates a network of senior leaders better able to work together to improve our performance for the benefit of our people and customers.
Improving our managers’ performance
We’ve introduced new management development programs for all non-executive managers. These focus on improving key management skills and coaching techniques which will, in turn, improve the performance and development of all our people. The new programs will be available in local countries and local languages, with one global standard curriculum.

To help you choose the course that suits you best, we’re “building” the AkzoNobel University. This virtual environment will offer a complete catalog of all the training courses available, including classroom training, e-learning and external training.
