Delisting of Imperial Chemical Industries PLC Shares

Following an application by Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (“ICI”) to the UK Listing Authority, the listing of ICI Shares on the Official List was cancelled and consequently ICI Shares ceased to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, both with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) this morning.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meanings as set out in the Scheme Document dated 1 October 2007.
