In the past few years discussions have focused more and more on eco-efficiency: how can we add value to the chain while lowering its ecological footprint and reducing its hazards, to the benefit of both partners. It’s a 2 way communication: we listen carefully to the needs and idea’s of the customer while at the other hand we share our knowledge of our products and the customers’ processes by making eco-efficiency proposals.
